Documents & Drafts

The generated document is a professional draft template. You should review it carefully, verify all facts, and customise it for your specific situation before submission. For important legal matters — especially demand letters, legal notices, and court-related documents — have a qualified lawyer review it first.

You can download your draft as a PDF (suitable for printing and submitting) or as a DOCX (editable Word document). You can also print directly from the browser. All downloads happen client-side — no server involved.

Original mode shows your draft exactly as generated. Proofread mode applies spelling and grammar corrections. Professional mode additionally substitutes informal words with formal legal language. All modes process your document instantly in your browser.

The Action Pack is a single downloadable text file containing: your draft document + evidence checklist + escalation path guide + a complaint tracking sheet with fields to record submission date, acknowledgement number, and follow-up actions.

No. For privacy reasons, DraftWise India does not save drafts. When you refresh or close the tab, all data is cleared. To preserve your draft, download it as PDF or DOCX before leaving. This is by design — your data stays only with you.
