DraftWise India ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at draftwiseindia.in. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of our service.

Our platform is built on a Privacy First, Zero Data Collection architecture. This policy confirms that we do not collect any personal information from you.

2. Information We DO NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or process any of the following:

• Your name, address, phone number, or email address
• Any information you type into our forms
• The content of documents you generate
• Your complaint details, case facts, or legal matters
• Financial information
• Identity documents
• Files you download

All information you enter into DraftWise India forms exists exclusively in your browser's memory. It is never transmitted to any server and is permanently erased when you close the tab or refresh the page.

3. How the Platform Works

DraftWise India is a fully static website. When you visit our website:

• Your browser downloads static HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON configuration files from our hosting provider (GitHub Pages / Cloudflare)
• All form processing and document generation happens entirely within your browser
• No data you enter is sent to any server, database, or third-party service
• Generated PDFs and DOCX files are created in your browser and saved directly to your device

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage statistics. This helps us understand which templates are most useful and improve the platform. Google Analytics collects:

• Pages visited (not content of forms)
• Template categories selected (not your complaint details)
• Downloads initiated (PDF/DOCX — not the content)
• General device and browser type
• Approximate geographic region (country level only)

Google Analytics does not receive: your name, address, complaint details, or any information you enter into forms.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Google AdSense

We display Google AdSense advertisements on some pages. Google may use cookies to serve relevant advertisements based on your browsing history. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We configure AdSense to never display advertisements inside generated documents, inside PDF output, or inside DOCX output.

You can manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

6. Cookies

DraftWise India itself does not set any cookies. Google Analytics and Google AdSense may set cookies on your browser. These are governed by Google's cookie policy.

7. Children's Privacy

DraftWise India is intended for use by adults (18 years and above). We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of DraftWise India after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
